The interview process at Solactive was thorough and insightful. It began with an initial phone screening to discuss my background and motivations. This was followed by a technical assessment focusing on quantitative finance and programming skills. The next stage involved problem-solving scenarios and case studies to evaluate my analytical and decision-making abilities. Finally, I had discussions with team members and senior management to assess my cultural fit and understanding of the company's mission and values. Overall, it was a well-structured process that provided a deep understanding of the role and the team dynamics.

Entretien
I applied online in June and received an invitation to an interview in about one month. The interviewers were very nice (recruiter and hiring manager). The questions were about previous experience as well as product specifics.

There were a lot of questions about Indices and ETFs, as well as general Finance related. I found the questions a bit difficult, so I would recommend to learn as much as possible about indices.
