I had four phone interviews. I had a positive conversation during each one, and the company culture seemed great. Unfortunately, HR stopped responding to my emails; they eventually responded to my follow-up email a couple weeks later and said they're interviewing other people. No thank-you's, no apologies, nothing. Very unprofessional for what seemed like an otherwise good company.
