I applied online and a recruiter sent an e-mail explaning that we will attend an interview/exam. When I arrived at the company they required from me personal ID card for my details. I arrived there earlier and waited until the recruiter came and told us to follow him to the 3rd floor. He asked us to enter to a room with a big table and gave us some papers with questions like we are in a high school test. The testing was so poor made and the questions weren’t something to do with hand. It was requires to write javascript funstions by hand that were 1-2 A4 pages long. Even though I was frustrated how people in 21st century make a interview like this for a frontend position, I tried my best to write the functions. After 2-3 weeks I sent an email asking if there was any feedback ( they never replied that email ). After 3-4 weeks they sent a message that I wasn’t qualified for the next stage. Bad recruiter, bad experience with hiring proces.
