A phone call interview with the intern program director - call lasted for about an hour and it felt like a more casual, informal conversation rather than interview. It was an extensive application process prior to the interview.

Application online which had essays and recommendations needed (one peer recommendation which was new for me) and second stage was a phone interview with friendly staff and head of HR.
