My interview with Sogeti was set up by a third party source. I suppose the Sogeti interviewers were simply humoring this third party source because the first thing they told me when i sat down with them was, "Sorry this isn't a real interview..." They were referring to the fact that they only hire people with college degrees (I went to a programming bootcamp). I was told by them that nobody will take me seriously without a degree. Here I am 5 years later as Senior Software Engineer still with no degree and no gaps on my resume. This company is extremely conservative and archaic in their approach to tech and needs to update their corporate philosophy to that of current times.
