Call with HR - basic questions about my motivation to apply there, a bit about myself
Technical Interview in Ruby where i had to solve a couple of problems and was asked questions like how i would improve the code
Final call with the Team Leader - HR and technical questions

First there is a coding assessment and some logical questions. After that there are 3 online interviews. First one is a behavioral interview followed by 2 technical ones with the mentors.

The interview was very hr like - not very techical, but they ask questions e.g. think of a difficult topic and try explain it in terms that a layman can understand because you are expected to work with clients

Entretien
There were three interviews, two were technical and one was non-technical. The technical interviews involved going through and debugging a code base. In the non-technical interview I was asked about why I wanted to work at Softwire, group projects I'd been a part of and previous internships (if I had done).
