I applied online. The first stage was an online test they sent automatically. The OT was fine, but the [scheduling for the first round interview] part was so annoying. I had to check their website for available slots constantly because there are no options within the next 2 weeks and I don't want my interview to happen too late. But I still had my slot 1.5 months later because they cancelled the slot I chose before. Got rejected as I anticipated. Truly hope they improve their system.
