First I got a call from SAG HR , on this day basic details were asked and the date and time for the telephonic interview were confirmed . I got the telephonic call on the exact time I mentioned , this was a technical interview it went for 1 hour and question related to all the areas mentioned in the CV were asked my domain is webMethods ESB so questions related to Broker , JMS , JDBC , IS Administrator were asked . After one day I got a call from senior HR of the SAG , he told that he would like to meet me in person so , the date and time of the personal interview were fixed . On this day I had 2 technical interview and 1 HR round of interview . Questions related to ESB , Previous project Experiences ,JDBC , SOA , webServices , Trading Networks were asked . In the second technical interview three questions were given to me to solve them using flow services . The HR round consisted of three phase 1.Problem Solving 2. Telling my strengths and weaknesses 3. Salary discussions. After the completion of HR round the HR told me that they will be preparing one Matrix sheet where they will calculate how I have done on all the Four Interviews and they will mark me . Accordingly if I cross their expected cut off , I will be receiving a call in one or two day.
