There was first approach by their recruiter where some basic information about the job was shared. To proceed, candidates had to submit CV and if selected, there was longer video-call with the recruiter. After this interview, selected candidates had to submit their plan for first 90 days. After successful completion, the final interview was with hiring manager and some other C-level executives. The aim of the interview was to estimate how candidate is performing under pressure and what the response would be in unknown situations.
