Faced three technical cum managerial and two HR rounds.
The interview process took around 4-5 hours.
The technical team is good, their work is also good but the HR and management is pathetic.
I cleared all the rounds. Filled the form and submitted documents but they didn't give offer because of my three months notice period which they knew prior to calling me for the interview.
HR and Management is not in sync with the technical team.
Suggestion:- If you are from MNC, don't go for interview in Softdel. All of your energy will be wasted and they won't hire you since you have two/three months of notice period. They need only immediate joiners

There was a telephonic round of discussion an hour after they called at pune office ant took Face to Face interview. Some Programe was given to test the Programming ability

The interview take just a
Twoday process. Interview consist of two technical round, one tech-nomanagerial . This took one day and then one HR round face to face on second day. Offer is released on same day.

Technical rounds are most towards the projects mentioned in CV. Explain one of project. Ask some sample code to write for given problem statement. Problem statements are simple and medium tough level
