not much painful, they are quick about it. basic interview questions that every other company asks.3 or 4 rounds, since I was referred I did not have to like go through with apti or essay writing round, they sometime conduct GD too.my first round was directly technical face to face(30 min) and then another face 2 face technical with a senior employee of company(30 min) and then a managerial round where he tested basic understanding asked some puzzle and its like a HR round.

Worst and lengthy interview process. It took almost 2 months to complete all rounds. 1 apti, 2 technical, 1 Managerial round then HR + Salary Discussion.
HR never responds on time and bever give status of interview process and schedules.
After completing whole process there was no discussion about salary. After following multiple time received offer of very low package. I declined.

Entretien
1. They will call referring your profile on Naukri.com
2. At first, they will take a written test which includes, program, general aptitude, and logical questions.
3. At technical round, they take interview for about 1 hr.
4. After technical, there will be a managerial round, where a manager will hire looking towards confidence level, ability to work under pressure and technology hunger. It may also describe the company in brief if you are lucky.
5. Hr with salary discussion and assurance that they will call after completing the process.
