Fairly standard - phone interview followed by a face to face interview with the team, manager and CEO. About an hour in length. Easy going conversations allowed for a 2 way interview process.

Entretien
Interview process was fairly simple. First a phone screening and then an invite to an on site for a panel interview. It was a pleasant interview. The only difficult part was conducting a mock interview where you are the interviewer. Other than that it wasn't too bad. The only thing that gets me was that they would inform the decision within the next week and they never did. It's always good to follow up with a prospective employer but it's very unprofessional for them to say that they will respond to you and never do.

Entretien
Very simple process from beginning to end. I attended a panel interview at Soft Tech headquarters in Chantilly, VA It was a combination video interview with the hiring manager and several on-site employees including the CEO. I had an offer in-hand within a week of the interview and had plenty of time to make a decision to join the company (which I did).

Most of the questions asked were about standard working scenarios I would likely encounter and how I would handle these situations in the workplace. I received additional questions from several other on-site employees which were more generic in nature. The total time was 1 hr. in duration.
