The process is extremmelly transparent.You apply throught their page ,then you get invited to a space called Conversemos where they explained the selection process,salary, etc .Then comes the technical interview,there you proof your technical knowledge on your field.I got asked 5 questions max. in a group meeting with the interviewer and other candidates. The last step is the meeting Cultura Sofka where the HR Team evaluate your personality and check if you are a great fit for the company.
