30 minutes interview mainly testing motivation, knowledge of hotel industry including competitors, and introducing the hotel and the postion, and some general questions about future plans. Most of the time, the interviewer are introducing the hotel, the position, the organisation of the hotel and the department, and the things that should pay attention.

It was delayed due to unexpected misuse of meeting room. unsure if this reflecting to the day-to-day process. It was a smooth interview process but shown bit of old fashioned management style and processes.
