Applied online. Contacted by HR. Coordination was lost between offices and a bit messy before the right office (Gothenburg) contacted me. Two face-to-face interviews with different people in the organisation with two weeks in between. Heard nothing after the second interview. Contacted them, but received no response. Contacted them again three weeks later, after which a manager called me saying I was missing a course (ITIL) for me to be interesting for them (in the first interview we spoke about them arranging for me to take it), that they have no jobs available, and that their project pipeline was dry. The first impression was very good but in the end, the experience turned out to be waste of time since their process did not live up to their claims. Strangely enough, they even mentioned Glassdoor as something they recommended their clients to use as part of e.g. automatized offboarding activities.
