Only 1 interview to the hiring manager, then interview with the HR which will discuss already the offer. Your hiring manager has really got the voice if you will be hired or not, HR will only process what needs to be done. Smooth processing as the HR personnels are good.

Had to do a aptitude test first. Confirmed an interview timing with the company's hr but the company was closed on that day. Hr did not bother getting back after arranging a wrong timing.
