The process was fairly quick and efficient. I had a one-on-one followed followed by a group interview. The team is friendly and clearly passionate about making a positive environmental impact. The only negative I can think of, was that they were a little vague when answering questions concerning workflow and expected work/life balance. Upon further conversations it makes sense as to why this was. They are presently scaling their product and those questions will be more easily answered in the future as the company gets a better idea of itself and it's pain points as they scale.
