Working experience. Very brief. The interviewer looked at your resume and asked what is your purpose of being a student manager. He also asked some information about your study, what major, which year? He will tell you immediately you are hired or not.
Really no process. Typically you are working as a part-time employee before being considered for employment. Very straightforward. If anything, interview was more based on general competence and availability instead of work ethic.
