Good contact with recruiter and hiring manager. Very professional in their contact, sometimes a bit slow in their response after an interview. Was very fair in their expectations and my experience and their concerns of a current mismatch between our views. I was to far ahead of the troops. This was a good analysis and my thoughts exactly.
