The interview process was a little bit slow, they were nice and responsive but weren't super quick moving. There was a few rounds of interviews and I ended up going with another job and not continuing with the process because they weren't moving quickly enough.

Two months consisting of 7 rounds of interviews, take home assessment, constant follow up emails asking for updates, reference requests to extend a low ball offer and have it revoked when you ask to negotiate regardless of being asked in the initial screening what your target rate was and being adamant about your minimum rate. RED FLAG. Stakeholders who interviewed me were inclusive and eager to learn more but the new ppl operations is a mess and a red flag.
