      J'ai passé un entretien chez Society22 PR

      The hiring team member reached out to me to schedule an interview after I submitted an application. After setting up a time and date, the person said something came up and they need to reschedule the interview. Understandable! I then sent back multiple time and dates for the following week to reschedule and did not hear back that day or the following days. I reached out another time with more times and dates and still did not hear back. To reach out to a candidate for an interview and then proceed to ghost them is extremely unprofessional and disrecptpful of me and my time. I'm glad I dodged a bullet seeing as if they couldn't even communicate via email that they were either no longer interested or found another candidate (whatever it may be)- how would they be transparent and communicative in a work setting or even toward their clients?
