Tell us about yourself. Name a time you had to make a difficult decision (at work or in your life). Tell about a time you were given a project to complete by a deadline. Tell about a time you've gone out of your way to help a customer. How would you handle a co-worker who's unethical? How would you handle 'challenged' customers (ie: homeless, mental and/or substance abuse issues)? The majority of questions were situational, so be prepared using the 'STAR' technique to answer.
