The interview process was good. It consisted of a meeting with the Field Office Director and the directors asked more details about past work and volunteer experience. I attended a career fair about 5 months prior and it took a while to hear back from the agency. After the interview, I was finger printed and went through salary negotiations and was then hired a few weeks later.

Panel Interview consisting of three ladies and on man. They were all very nice and made me feel comfortable. They explained what the job entailed and that the person selected would be expected to be highly productive. They also mentioned the flexible work schedule and telework opportunities after the first year.
