I was given 3 potential dates to schedule a phone interview. Interview lasted about 35 minutes. Interviewed by 2 individuals. Well organized. Some job-specific questions and situational tasks as well. Asked about integrity, diversity, and emotional intelligence.
Was offered job 3 weeks later.

Via zoom. Started with behavioral questions, moved to answering some simple questions (some involving basic math), then a description of the job was provided. Wasn’t too long of an interview and they made me feel comfortable throughout the process. No offer yet
