Applied first phone interview was scheduled a month and a half later on one day notice. Second video interview was scheduled a month after that on 1 day notice. Both interviews consisted of behavioral questions (ie. explain a situation when you had to deal with a difficult client, talk about a time when you had to persuade someone to your point of view) Received a call three weeks later for another interview with one of the higher ups.
