There were three in person interview sessions. The first was with the Director of Content. I was then required to submit writing and graphic design samples. The second interview was with the Director of Content, a person from Account Management, as well as a member of the content team. The third and final interview was with CEO and the Director of Sales and Marketing. Finally I had to take a personality and skills test.
