Where to start praising this team of so called professional ? The HR team are the worst HR (un)Professionals were witnessed in my career. Believe me have seen worst and uneducated one, but these two are extreme case. First even after knowing that your looking for a higher position job than where you are at right now, plus your current salary is more than what they can offer, they would call you for a personal interview along with some presentation. WHY WILL A PERSON WORKING FOR A TOP AGENCY WORK WITH YOU FOR LOWER SALARY & LOWER POSITION ?? Next surprise comes from the HR team, again. She has a special request for you, to act as their help-buddy and be a messenger to another colleague of your - saying we want to hire him anyhow... please help us to lure him in. HOW CAN A HR TELL ME THAT ANOTHER PERSON OF MY COMPANY HAS COME FOR AN INTERVIEW TOO ?? WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF I TELL HIS BOSS AND NOT HIM ABOUT THIS INTERVIEW ??? WON`T HIS CAREER GET SCREWED ?? In some days you will get a reply saying your not fit for the role with a "blah blah blah.. " generic reply. After some personal research you come to know they can`t pay you. WHY THE HELL DID YOU WASTE A SENIOR PERSONS TIME WHEN YOU KNEW YOU WOULD NEVER PAY HIM WHAT HE WOULD EXPECT ??? Next you try to reach Rohan Mehta, CEO to highlight the wrong doings of your team and he decided to behave unheard. HOW CAN THE FACE OF AGENCY BEHAVE SO UNPROFESSIONAL ?? WOULD BE HAPPY IF THE BRANDS THEY SERVE READ ABOUT THE REVIEWS HERE. ONE BIG REQUEST TO ALL MY SENIOR AGENCY FRIENDS... AVOID WASTING YOUR TIME HERE... LALA COMPANY HAI... WITH A LALA BOSS AND HIS FRIENDS WHO ARE PART OF MANAGERMENT.... YOU WILL HAVE TO REPORT TO A GUY WHO DID WEB DESIGN AND NOT SEO !!!
