There was a phone interview and an in-person one. They were run-of-the-mill questions such as, why would you like to work here, are you interested in working with children, etc.

Got a call, asking if I was avaliable for coahing that weekend, and just asked personal questions about myself as the co ordinator used to coach at my high school and I got the job.
