Entretien
It was a formal interview with an administrative manager and manager of the section that was hiring the clerk (ie, deli, meat, grocery, produce, etc.)
Was a fine process. Just a basic interview.
Applied in store and was called in a little over a week later to have an interview with the department manager and later the store owner. Interviews were both brief and straight forward.
Went quicker than normal. Wasn’t asked a lot of questions, so it didn’t feel overwhelming at all. Went okay, the person was very nice, it was just a quick interview.
Overall smooth process, was hired quickly because understaffed. Fewer hours than i needed but that was communicated during the interview so it wasnt a surprise. Had other retail experience but nothing elsd
