I had a really nice interview with a couple of Soane employees, who were very friendly. We had a good chat and I felt I answered the questions well. They said they would get back to me the next week, but I heard nothing. I emailed a couple of weeks later to ask if they had made any decisions, as I had been offered another job, but no one answered me. After going to the effort of attending an interview, especially one that went well, it is common courtesy to let the applicant know that they were not successful.
