The interview process was smooth, straightforward, and simple. I went through an initial phone screening, then a video interview, and a final video interview with a panel where I presented my work. After my first two interviews, I was notified that I would be moving forward with the process within 24 hours. And after the final interview, I got an offer a week later. Overall, the process moved quickly. With the software they used, scheduling each interview was easy, and there was no confusion with the time differences. I was able to learn about the role, ask questions, and, of course, be asked questions about myself and my experience.
