J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. J'ai passé un entretien chez Snowflake en févr. 2023
Entretien
Three step interview process. Initial hiring manager interview. Which I passed. Technical presentation. Which I passed. Then executive level presentation and an email. This is where things went bad for me. This was the one and only time I was humiliated during an interview in my professional career. One of the managers decided to make up requirements and blame me for being bad at this hypothetical scenario. Almost derailed my whole presentation. They made me apologize just to be able to continue with the interview. It did not make me feel like this is a good place to work. Being humiliated in front of your peers is the worst kind of behavior. I would never want to work in an environment where this is acceptable. What made it worse is that there were 4 managers (all male) and none of them said anything at the end of the interview when I asked for feedback. A simple sentence on how I handled this extremely stressful situation that one of the managers decided to put me through would have gone miles towards putting my mind at ease. I guess there’s no empathy or compassion required to be a manager at this company. They had to make up fake reasons for not giving me an offer. I can’t believe I wasted so much of my time on this terrible experience.
