unprofessional communication during and after the process. Very different vibes during the rounds and odd ending. Also the offer was unclear and not attractive. pretending that they only hire 1% of people while they have low performing people wokring for them

6 interviews over 7 weeks. I tempered my enthusiasm and tried to be humble. Each conversation went better and better even in the last moment with the global VP. Great guy. He told me to get excited because he wanted me onboard. Based on the feedback he had gotten and experienced himself, he mentioned he would like to see me work for snowflake. “ You will be contacted as soon as possible but most likely tomorrow “. I got excited, told my friends and family and all.. then I got ghosted for 2 weeks, I have not gotten a single reply or email or phone call.. utterly disrespectful and just wrong. Horrible experience
