Nice recruiters, disjointed and horrible process. I took part in six interviews, but almost didn’t do any. Let me back up - it all started when I got a referral. I received an email told me not to do anything, so I didn’t. A week later a recruiter reached out for an interview. Ran down the hiring process and about the salary and benefits. I was told I was being put through to the next round with the hiring manager. I waited about two weeks, and then was told to formally apply. Odd. I did so, and waited. Since I am a federal employee, I was told to fill out a survey. I did so a week later, promptly after I received. Their survey erroneously classified me as a senior government employee. I was then told I needed a post employment ethics letter from my ethics team, even though I didn’t have an offer. I emailed ethics, who said they didn’t do that. They told me to send that email and I did. The referrer then said I was “not moving forward” as I was out of compliance and to contact someone else. I did so, and was told they needed a letter. My ethics guy begrudgingly gave me one, explaining I was not a senior government employee. I sent it on. I then was scheduled for the HM interview. Passed that, then had four more interviews with stakeholders. Got a cold automated email that I was rejected a few days later. Asked for feedback, got very little information of value. Won’t apply there again.

Recruiter was late to my first phone screen and couldn't confirm which role I was being considered for (I applied to two). Later, when I had a follow up interview with the hiring manager, they still did not confirm which role the interview was for until I asked twice.
