The process kicked off with an initial screen with Kyrsa from the People team, who immediately set the tone for a positive experience. She was warm, organized, and gave a great overview of the role, the company, and what to expect next. She kept everything on track and made me feel supported throughout the entire process.
From there, I had a few rounds of interviews—including a take-home assignment that actually turned out to be fun (which is not something I usually say about interview projects!). It gave me a chance to really showcase how I think and work.
I spoke with a mix of folks from the People team and cross-functional partners, and every conversation felt intentional. Everyone came prepared, asked thoughtful questions, and made space for real dialogue. It never felt rushed or scripted—they genuinely wanted to get to know me and help me understand what life at Snapsheet is like.
The final round was a 1:1 with a senior leader, and it felt like a true two-way conversation, not a grilling session. Overall, the process was transparent, respectful, and really well-paced—huge credit to Kyrsa for making it all feel seamless.
