A brief phone call- I do this for a profession and the guy could care less about the answers - just blew smoke up my &*^. was about 30 minutes. no time off during first 90 days - would be unpaid time off. Also they expect you to produce 20+ esimates a day. This is a machine that will chew you up and spit you out. The next process was a poorly put together estimator test no directions - lots of questions left unanswered. Third process was a monitored test where they use basic program. the next process is another interview, the next process is another interview, The final process is another interview. This process is a joke. Declined not worth it for work life balance or outlook.
