I went through 4 different interviews with different people, 2 of them were in person lasting 3 hours and 2 were over the phone, lasting an hour. It was over a 3 month time period before I was hired.

Question 1
There were so many questions about how I would do my job and how I am familiar with tools, etc. These were very long interviews and they wanted to make sure my moving across the U.S. from the East Coast to West Coast was going to work out for all involved.
Great low stress interview. Manager was really nice and answered all of my questions. Great brand and territory. I would say this was a typical interview but great people. I have been a mechanic for a long time and felt this would be a good segway into a different job.

Tell me about your experience in industrial plants?
I worked through a recruiter who did most of the vetting process while also helping me with preparation. Once I got face to face with the company, it was more them speaking AT me rather than asking me anything actually challenging. Mostly to make sure I understand what the role is.
