HUGE RED FLAG. The overall application process has been nothing but painful. There were 3 stages, a prelaminar interview with the recruiter, then with the hiring manager, then a technical interview with a panel of 3 team members. The whole process has been 2 MONTHS. I consistently get gaslighted by the recruiter on deadlines as to when I should expected noticed. They always say "you will receive an update today" then completely ghost you for 2weeks.
