I went through several rounds of interviews. The recruiter was great, and it was a great experience. I made it to the final round and didn't get the job, which was disheartening, but the process was very clear and consistent.

Typical interview -- what are your weaknesses, what would you want to tackle first, etc. They flew me down to LA, and had many additional phone interviews. In total, it was 7 phone interviews and 5 in-person interviews. They set up a time to talk on the phone and turn me down.
