HR reaching out first and then phone screen(conference call) with a team member, didn't make to VO. Phone screen including intro from both parties, then started with technical questions, diving deep into the questions and then a coding challenge (leetcode easy-medium). 5 minutes left for questions.
I had a recruiter interview call. Asked about my background and experience. Upon review by the team they chose to go with different candidates. I would prefer if they had kept this call after making that decision, my resume had all the information to make this decision.
very friendly recruiting/straightforward recruiting process. Simple manager->1hr coding challenge -> in person interviews
Has the feel of a startup in terms of explaining how integral each position is to all the work the team is doing
