J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Snap (Santa Monica, CA) en janv. 2015
Entretien
Applied through an employee referral process. Recruiter moved me directly to the final round of interviews, which was two phone screens back to back (45 min each) with a couple of engineers. They asked pretty standard interview questions with a Snapchat-esque flair.
One initial screening call. Then 1 coding screen. Then an on-site with 3 coding rounds and 1 system design round. All the rounds were pretty straightforward DSA patterns and SD was also a common question you read about in SD interview prep books.
Snap includes multiple rounds of interviews including technical (paid social knowledge) / case study ( provided a client issue to solve and present) / people fit (try to match you with a team and interview with vertical lead)
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
What knowledge do you have of App challenges and measurement
1. technical interview with live coding
2. interview with hiring manager
3. panel interview with 3 people (probs wont work with them)
It was actually a good process and i enjoyed everyone i interviewed with but sadly they rejected me.
