J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Snap

Recruiter had reached out to me after I'd applied about a month prior. I had told the recruiter I was in the process of accepting an offer but would hold off until after interviewing with them because Snap was my first choice, she was understanding at first and did her best to expedite the interview process. I interviewed with about 5 people virtually over the span of 3 weeks. Several interviews were rescheduled last minute and I found this frustrating as I had to take off from work to meet. I was also asked to complete a design task toward the end of the process. Overall the process was painfully long, and while most of the interviews seemed to go well and I had made it all the way to the final round, I heard nothing from the recruiter for about 2 weeks until I had to reach out twice (despite her knowing that I was putting off another offer to interview with them). The second time I reached out, she swiftly sent me a rejection email stating they had found someone else. I had wasted about a month interviewing and had turned down an offer that I regret in hindsight. Why allow someone to interview with so many people and give them a design task if it would just end in a rejection? Snap needs to be more mindful of peoples time, from scheduling to the amount of people you have to interview with. If someone isn't a good fit, don't make them interview with several people and have them complete a task for free. Overall, I was disappointed and after they had told me they found someone else, I saw the same job listing reposted-- salt on my wounds. I will not be interviewing for future openings.

The interviewer was late, visibly disinterested, barely asked questions, ended the interview early. He mentioned how "kindness" is one of the company's core values, and then proceeded to ghost me, along with the recruiter. The job is still up, months later. What's going on?

I thought the interview process was very structured and fair. I was told what type of format to expect, like the case study presentation, app critique and an interview about me. It was 3 individual one on one interviews with different employees.
