J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Snap
Entretien
I only made it to the initial interview with the hiring manager. The interview itself was fine - the usual questions about tools and projects, and discussing some hypotheticals. The manager stated he was interested in moving forward and advised to expect an email from the recruiter for next steps (presumably a technical assessment or case study).
I didn't hear anything from the recruiter despite multiple follow-up emails (even ignored the emails from the receptionist who was trying to help), then eventually got an email 2 weeks later saying that they moved on with other candidates.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
First round was phone screen with basic probability and SQL questions.
On-site covered ml system design, a/b testing, python coding, and behavioral questions.
Interview was relatively easy, no leetcode questions asked but a tricky math/python coding question.

I applied on the snap career website without a referral. Got reached out after ~1 week. HR screening, then technical screening, and finally 4 rounds of VO. There were prep calls between interviews.

Initial conversation with a recruiter, scheduled a technical screen. They canceled one day before, rescheduled for the next week. Next week, I joined the call, waited for 15 minutes and the interviewer just didn't show up! Eventually, they apologized and rescheduled again. Finally, had a screen last week, it went very well, questions were SQL and simple stats, easy level. It look them a week to get back to me only to inform me that I didn't pass. Such a waste of my time! I'd avoid this company honestly.
