I submitted my application and was asked to come in to interview almost immediately. The interview was about 30 minutes long and was very efficient. I was hired on the spot.

Very informal, mostly just asking about availability. Went in and met with assistant manager for about 30 minutes before being shown around the restaurant. Process was quite easy and the managers and employees were all very nice.
