Let me just start by saying this, if you are reading this and are not an attractive white 20 something, the odds are already stacked against you (though there did seem to be the one token black guy, and a few white washed Asians). The interview process was pretty straight forward. One phone interview, online homework module, and then several in person interviews. I made it to the second before being told I had not been selected to move forward. If I recall correctly, there were 3.
Phone screen -> Online Assessments -> Interview with team leaders, partially in group, before they pulled you aside individually-> Interview with Sales Manager -> Interview with both aforementioned parties and their president.
The questions didn't seem to hard or stressful on a mechanical level, but I really think what they're looking for is cultural fit. Again, if you're an extroverted white kid aged 23-28, you should fit in.
Additionally, I kept in touch with 3 people in the initial interview, one of whom ended up getting an offer. He mentioned there was no Drug Test, just something to know :)

I applied through LinkedIn and they called me in for a group interview with about twelve other candidates. After splitting us into smaller groups we were asked various questions about our work experience and personality.
The next day I received an email asking me to participate in a role-play sales call. After completing that I was asked to come in for a one on one interview, then another interview a few days later. Overall the process took about two weeks. The interviewers were all extremely friendly and seemed most interested in hiring people on personality rather than just experience.
After my final interview I received an offer, which I happily accepted.

It was a long process but I appreciate how thorough they were throughout. It makes it feel like you not only got a job but also that you also earned a job. I had never been through a group interview like it before and I found that it made me sharper because I turned it into a competition in my own mind.
