Walked in and asked for interviewer. Was seated at a table in the restaurant and offered something to drink. Interviewer was very friendly and conversational. The atmosphere was relaxed. She asked a few questions about why I wanted the position and my experience but really seemed to want to get to know me. It was more of a real conversation. Also interviewed by current Catering Coordinator. She was even nicer and gave her point of view of the position. Informal interview for sure. Made it clear flexibility is very important. Heads up: application insinuated they might drug test
