Entretien
The interview process was detailed, quick, and consists of 5 rounds total - 5 assessments, a video recorded interview and a live interview. Round 1 is your application, round 2 included 3 assessments - a basic personality assessment, situational assessment, and a typing test (must be able to type at least 34wpm). Round 3 consisted of 2 more assessments- an aptitude test and a computer/internet skills test. Round 4 was a video recorded interview, and the final round was a live Zoom interview. The recorded interview was about 6 questions using the STAR technique. The live interview was laid back, no typical interview questions except for maybe one which was “how do you handle multi-tasking?” and they also ask about you work from home setup. They want to hear that you have a quiet-and stress free environment with no distractions. The last bit of the live interview I shared my screen with her and did some speed tests and checked the RAM memory on my computer. The minimum required is 8gb RAM. All computer requirements including the internet speed requirements for this position are listed on the job description page.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you handled an upset customer.
You need to pass multiple rounds of assessments. Then you have a video interview followed by an interview with a person on the HR team. At this time, if they are interested, they email you and offer you a position.

Process: Waste 3 hours of your life taking stupid assessments, then interview with a lifeless robot and get rejected 2 days later. If you're really charismatic and are photogenic, maybe you can inch past the gatekeepers. Otherwise, save yourself the headache. Smith AI is a joke.
