Heard about the job through a friend. The job hiring process was very smooth at the time. When filled out the application happen interview all in the same day. I was hired on the spot do to my experience that I previously had. I enjoy working with the residence because they are make it feel family oriented. I have moved up from server to supervisor within the time frame I've been employed there. The hiring process now takes about 3 weeks for hire after you go through one interview you have to take a test and pass. If you passed the test then you have to go through a background check which can take up to 2 weeks there after you're hired.
