Unprofessional approach. Unorganized company. I'm talking about especially the recruiters dealing with Wrocław Poland. I hope you're reading this and hope you're going to fix it your interviews. No emails in advance. Sudden phone calls out of nowhere during random times. I had phone interview first. Later received call asking for technical exam of which 2 hours time was given. In the mentioned day, mentioned time i waited. I even waited for a few more hours postponing my other duties that day. No file, no call, no message. Later, I see the status of the application has turned into not considered anymore. What did you do exactly as the company? Did you send an email? Did you inform? Did you write why I didn't get the file? Did you try sending an email or maybe you were even doing a typo without even checking? Unprofessional, unorganized, ghosting company.
