Initial referral from friend who worked there. Followed up with one hour telephone interview with internal recruitment head with on line aptitude test. Followed by 2nd round VTC interview with hiring manager and a final F2F interview with hiring manager and HR. Was told would hear back within 1 week but did not hear back for nearly two months. Was told that they had given the role to an internal candidate that had not previously applied and was now now interested in the role. Company then tried to offer me another lower level IT Director role, which I then declined as it was not what I wanted to do... please show more transparency during the process and don’t keep people hanging on...
